A Biokineticist is an exercise therapists who specializes in individualized programs that are aimed at improving physical health and overall wellbeing. So, I am here to help you be the best version of you. 

I completed my BSc Biokinetics (Hons) at Stellenbosch University and then continued on to complete my Internship at 'The Sharks Rugby'. Working with people and even more so the uniqueness of each body allows you to explore the beauty of movement.

I instruct Pilates and I am a sports lover whole-heartedly, who would love to get to know you.
